Writing Fiction: A Hermione Granger Short Story

·        Hi guys!

    Vanessa here and in today's blog I am going to admit something….I am a Raven Claw…and yes I know what Raven Claw is since they are the house of intellect and whatnot. And to my lucky day our professor assigned us to make a short story about some character she would give…and to my surprise I got….Hermione Granger.

   

I  I felt so happy that I quickly made it and it turned out quite nicely. Though its not the best short story , since I read a lot of great fan fictions about her…I can say that mine is a bit modest since my short story took place when Hermione and Ron where married a few years after the battle against Voldemort.

    Now without any further ado…here it is and Enjoy.

·        The Parents Power

§  Our story starts on a very busy Hermione as she was busy studying cases that is because she is Deputy Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement

and is tasked to seek a certain case about a derange child abductor who escaped from Azkaban which for her was still mind blowing for that fortress is known to be heavily guarded.

When she finally found an idea about the case, she called one of her officer, James Gine. Not long after that James got in her office...with donuts which made Hermione raised her eyebrow before shaking her head

"You called?" He said

"Yes, I did. Take a seat will and please put that down... you're making a mess" She said as  she opened the case file

James just sigh and complied putting the donut down beside him "So what's up?" He asked

"Well..." she started" you know about the case about the missing kids case your team worked on a few weeks back?"

"Yeah...what about it" James said  in curiosity

"Well it so happens that the escapee from azkaban also escaped the week those muggle kids disappeared..and from that I cant guess he's the one that is taking those children" She said ending with a sigh

'We also thought of it though...what could his motives be? Why kidnap muggle kids?" James asked as he wrote down everything that they discussed

Hernione rubs her temples and said" Ugh..That i still have no clue, James"

James just smiled softly and said" Look Hermione you should probably call it a day. Remember you just got back from your maternity leave. you should take it easy for yourself

Hermione scoffs and said "I'm fine James,  i can assure you i can handle this"

James just sigh and said" Look Hermione, We've been friends for three years and as a friend i must make sure that i am guiding you out of things that will get you in trouble and make sure Ron won't kill me"

Hermione just threw a piece of paper at James but he quickly avoids it

"Well Ma'am i have to g. If you need anything just give a call" James said as he took his donuts and left Hermione's office

Herminie sighed and quickly glance at the case when she noticed that the guy who escape was Gil Viswak...Hermione rubbed her temples again and though that she heard that name before, but she decided to go home since James did make a good point about the whole take it a rest.

Hermione got home with to her white house by some hill. When she got there she got  a warm hug from her daughter Rose Weasely and then a kiss by the cheek from Ron Weasely as he was carrying their newborn child Hugo.

As the family set their table Ron felt a glimpse of magic near their house but he just brushed it off because he thought that he was just tired.

As the family finally started to eat dinner  Rose suddenly asked "Mommy, Do you know the man i see outside every night?"

Ron Chocked while Hermione froze but quickly regain her composure "Why Ye..yes dear, It's uhm a friend"

"Ahh" Rose said with an innocent smile

After that Rose went to bed. After Ron put baby hugo down, Hermione kept looking by their window

When Ron was about to go to Hermione a large explosion rattled the two wizards causing the two to cast a protection spell to their kids

When they got out they saw a tall black haired man grinning. but before they can even asked who he is the man quickly cast a spell which caused another explosion as the couple battled the black haired man, the man casted a flash spell  causing the couple to get their vision blocked but to their horror the mad was carrying their baby so Hermione and Ron thought of using  apport to rescue their child but it was risky because they need to get close enough to get their child  so they came up with a plan and not long after that the two got their baby back and called James to get the man.

When James and company arrived James was worried  and went to Hermione and Ron

"I'm shock that you guys managed to get him" James said with a smirk

"Of course, We're parents and the love of a parent can surely help a lot when your kids is on the line" Hermione said with a smile

Ron just laughed as he kissed his wife but James asked Ron if he can talk to Hermione a bit to which he agreed

"What is it james?" Hermione asked

"Hermione...That guy you fought...i feel that he's connected to that escapee" James said as he lowered his voice

Hermione looked worried but she sighed "Is that so...Maybe let's talk this  about somewhere else okay, I just want to rest" 

James smiled and went on ahead
