Writing Fiction: A Hermione Granger Short Story

·          Hi guys!     Vanessa here and in today's blog I am going to admit something….I am a Raven Claw…and yes I know what Raven Claw is since they are the house of intellect and whatnot. And to my lucky day our professor assigned us to make a short story about some character she would give…and to my surprise I got….Hermione Granger.     I  I felt so happy that I quickly made it and it turned out quite nicely. Though its not the best short story , since I read a lot of great fan fictions about her…I can say that mine is a bit modest since my short story took place when Hermione and Ron where married a few years after the battle against Voldemort.     Now without any further ado…here it is and Enjoy. ·         The Parents Power § §   Our story starts on a very busy Hermione as she was busy studying cases that is because she is Deputy Head of the  D...

Walls Between two worlds ( The journey before the screening)

Hi guys! Vanessa here and in today's blog is all about our play "Wall between two worlds" and I'm going to tell you about how I felt about it and the experience of doing a musical play. So lets begin by the writing process of the play and I must say our play writers Chris Viernes and Denis Matnog really took a lot of brainstorming and process of writing the concept and the characters as a whole. The process was fun since we all put on our efforts and idea to make the play more amazing which it did. When we finished the writing process the play started to get busy from the practices, designing, costume planning, promotional posters, music editing and choreography and it was…really hard because we are also doing all of this after classes and by more pressure during the foundation week The role I got in our play by the way is a tomboy rebel named Isaybalubar and my character is also known as friends with the lead character Be...

Christmas Cards!!!

Imahe
Hi guys!! Vanessa here and i am back for another blog and this time it's about a certain project that indeed challenge my skills as an artist. Our Prof gave us a project to make a Christmas cart with and the content must be a poem. I got really exited but i also got  worried because i had no idea  what to write and what to do back then. So i went to look on the internet to see what to put on, unfortunately i had no luck. Then one day i stumble upon a beautiful Christmas card from my relative from the states that has a water color design which lit my creative light bulb and thus i started making my very own water color Christmas card. This is what it looks like and this,to be honest, was my very first water color artwork that i have made and i have to say it was pretty worth making it. Merry Christmas indeed After making it i thought of the poem to write on it and the poem that i made is all about someone enjoying the simple beauty of Christmas and the p...

The Story book donation event

Imahe
Hi guys! It's me Vanessa and i am back for another blog and in this blog, i am going to tell you about a very special class project that our awesome professor came up which was a story telling event for the young children that is studying at our school.  The story about this particular event starts off when our professor Dr. Kristine M. Doria gave us a project in our Creative writing class to only make a children's story book.  So as some of us were finishing some of our stories, our professor suddenly came up on an idea to launch a small book donation event on the stories our class made.  We all agreed to it but then our professor came up with another thing...a story telling event  that the selected students that will donate their works will tell their stories which we all were all geared up to do. I was in charge of making the invitation while the others where assign to came up with their songs and other cool ice breakers to make the event...
